Here is a glimpse into my first day of the 3 Day Refresh.  This is the 3rd time I’ve done the 3 Day Refresh and one thing that I truly like about it is that I get to eat real food!  I’m not juicing or just drinking liquids.
Here is a break down of a few of the things I had today.  I’ll go in reverse.

Cucumber Tomato Salad, Vanilla Fresh and 1 cup of Vegetable Broth.  This salad was delicious and filling!  Now I know it sounds weird to just drink veggie broth but ya know what…it tastes delicious.  Then again, when I was younger and would get sick, the thing I craved the most was just chicken broth.  I would drink the broth from my chicken noodle soup and leave behind the noodles and chicken pieces.  Then to finish off the meal, I had the Vanilla Fresh mixed with just 10oz of water.

One of my favorite veggies to eat is cucumbers.  I added a dash or two of cayenne to regular hummas and 1 cup of cucumber.  I blended my Vanilla Fresh with half of a frozen banana and a couple dashes of cinnamon.  Just filling enough to get me to my snack and dinner!

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
My only flaw for today.  Celery with almond butter.  Celery and peanut butter is fantastic but with almond butter…whomp whomp!  I’ve got some adjusting to do!!!

I know that I did the Ultimate Reset because I wanted it to be a jumping off point to get me going on my weight loss journey and get me closer to my goals…and I dropped the ball.

I’m really focusing on creating my meal plan for the next couple of weeks when I start Focus T25 next week.  I also start school again next week and start working so if I can really get a head start on the planning, it will make creating my shopping lists easier.  I am definitely going to get my fiance to start pitching in on the planning too.
