Officially on the back half of the Ultimate Reset and I couldn’t be happier. I miss meat. I miss bread. I miss pasta. Granted I have lost some weight but I’m not seeing it yet. I know that I have goals that I want to reach and I know that I have to go back to exercising self control. Knowing how much I’ve lost so far being halfway through this has me hopeful for the results in a week and a half!
I will say that my resting heart rate has gone down. I sleep using the Sleep Cycle app for my alarm. It tracks my movement while I sleep and when I wake up, I put my finger over my camera lens on my phone and it checks my heart rate. It was up in the 70s and sometimes 80s when I would wake up but lately it’s been down in the 60s. I think the stress level going down on my break from school helped a lot. I’ve been wearing my FitBit religiously and my resting heart rate has an average of 60 and was even down to 58 today.
