“My name is Wendy Larson. When I first started on this plan, I weighed 175. I began by drinking the Vanilla Shakeology. I would drink it once a day. Sometimes I’d drink it twice a day if it was a really busy day. I noticed a change in my energy probably the 2nd or 3rd day of drinking it. I wasn’t nearly as tired as I usually am. I didn’t do all of the exercises because I had a pinched nerve and couldn’t complete all of the workouts, but I at least tried to do some of them. I was also eating healthier as well but also allowing 1 cheat meal a week so I wouldn’t go crazy. I weighed myself 2 days ago and I’m down to 162.”
